Can't get Visual Voicemail to work
Ever since I got a Samsung A53 5G several months ago I've not been able to get the Samsung Voicemail app to work. Spectrum is my mobile provider. Called them, they said we can't figure it out, call Samsung. Called them and they said no, it is Spectrum's problem.
When I try to open the Voicemail I get the spinning blue/green circle and a message "please wait while we check your account information? After a minute or so, it appears to time out and says,
Something went wrong
We ran into a problem. Try again later.
If there's still a problem, contac Customer Service.
Done all the above, nothing works. Anybody have any solutions?

Well that is good to know, I can stop trying to figure it out.
I've had this phone for about 6 mo, and it has not worked for at least that long. This implies that it is not a priority to fix. Is there anything I can do to get the engineers to focus on this and make some progess? (I programmed embedded devices for almost 40 years, so I have some idea how this works)
Between the Samsung phones' lousy touch interface and Spectrum Mobile, I'm really starting to regret switching from Motorola and Republic.
