How can I block a spam email from a daily changing address?

I get a daily spam email from a (fake) McAfee account with a daily changing address [email protected]

I want to block these in spectrum mail. Using the "Block this email" feature doesn't work because the address changes daily. I am ultimately receiving these in Windows 10 mail, which doesn't have any blocking features of its own. I don't want to block all *.uk addresses as I get legitimate emails from UK sources.

Any ideas?

You can block the second-level domain co.uk and then exceptionalize any subdomains (e.g. acme.co.uk) within that namespace that you don't want blocked by adding them to the Safe Senders list.

    Hello,

This US Government Website may help people report scams and frauds. As you said, although you could block the whole UK domain name, you still get emails from the UK:

Within that sire, there is a page that will take you to the Internet Crime Complaint Center or IC3, which is managed by the FBI:

They would be able to investigate the ever-changing spam email address account you are getting from the UK.

    Another recommendation,

Have a back up webmail program, which will provide better security and spam protection than traditional ISP emails. Web Mail is free for life in many cases. Two-step authentication is often in these web mail programs, which unfortunately, Spectrum does not provide for their own email.

Use Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or Outlook.com Since these are free providers, they will come with ads. Ghostery is a great ad-blocker. You should add Ghostery to all your web-browsers.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am trying blocking co.uk, taking the chance that nothing critical is blocked.

    Hi @alan3 ,

Remember that if you block co.uk, you Must, continue to add the exception rules for those trusted senders to your exceptions list. as @HT_Greenfield suggested. (This would be email domains from people whom you know and trust from the UK.) such as UK email addresses in your address book, exceptionalize any subdomains (e.g. acme.co.uk) within that namespace that you don't want blocked by adding them to the Safe Senders list.

Also the creation of a free webmail account (Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Outlook.com) and the installation of an ad blocker, such as Ghostery on all browsers. for better security and spam guards.

    Satch
