Internet speed great but trying to log into url destination drops packets
I have been using Spectrum from my mother's house for over a month to work from home. So 10 days ago when I logged into work via vpn my speed dropped immensely. Spoke to my IT and we tested. We did a tracert for the url before logging into vpn and a lot of packets and were a couple concerning asterisks. I can log into vpn but unable to perform my job until something is fixed. I cant seem to get an actual tech to speak to my network IT to try to figure out what changed. I havent been able to work for 2 days so I might need to try another ISP in this area because if I can't work I can't pay my Spectrum bill which clearly isn't very helpful troubleshooting when dealing with other carriers.
