    Good morning @JeffH12

    • To report abuse, please send the emails with the full headers to [email protected] for spam sent from a Spectrum customer/IP address. Spectrum cannot process an abuse complaint unless it includes the full email headers or other information with the Charter IP address and time stamp.

    What's weird is the "To" is not my address....

    Just f.y.i., when you receive an email wherein your address is neither in the to field nor the cc field and, thus, nor the header at all, it means it was bcc'd. Per-message en-masse address bcc'ing is a multi-purpose spamming tactic.
