How do I keep my spectrum app opening with my favorites instead of reverting to all channels?

I have no problem with this on the Apple TV box, but on my new Samsung Smart TV, even though I set it on my favorites and say I wanted to stay there as default.... The next time I open the Samsung app it opens with all channels and I have to go back in and change it to favorites again, and again, and again. As I said it works fine with the Apple TV box. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the App and your Samsung TV. I am sorry this is happening. I am not seeing any open concerns with the Favorites option and our App at this time. I recommend that you try to uninstall the App and reinstall the App to see if this helps out. If you need further assistance please let us know. -Lyn
