Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the browsing concerns. I was able to locate your account using your registration information. I am not seeing any alerts for your account. Is this happening on all sites you try to visit? Have you visited the Security Shield options located on our My Spectrum App to see if any alerts? Also, is this happening with all devices? -Lyn
