Just received my new modem and router for the 1GB service. Everything hooked up fine, but in the "Spectrum App" it shows connectivity issues with the router. I have devices hooked up to the router but I cannot login to the router to make any changes? Is there a way to login using a browser? What if someone doesn't have a smartphone to run the app? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @HowieH and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
I was able to locate your account with your login credentials and I do see the wifi was correctly added to the account. It can take up to 24 hours for the wifi router to show up in the app. You can manage your equipment at spectrum.net once you login but the same thing applies in that it could take up to 24 hours for the equipment to populate.
