Data Usage, Phone Model and Number are not displayed

I have 3 mobile lines. These are activated and works at same plan. 

When I see the device-details,

2 lines are normal, but 1 line cannot display data usage and phone information, only IMEI.

Please let me know how to fix this.

    I would advise reaching out to our Spectrum Mobile team directly at 1-833-224-6603​​​​​. They can assist with troubleshooting the Spectrum Mobile app.
