Everything seems to work fine but I cannot record anything.I go to a show and there is no record button. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no luck. I have a new Roku tv in my bedroom with the same issue. Any suggestions ?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with recording via the Spectrum TV app, I am happy to look into this for you. Are you subscribed to DVR or cloud DVR services? Has recording worked for you in the past? Have you tried on devices other than Roku?
