Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the internet speeds. I located the account using your forum registration information and it looks like the upload speeds should be closer to 20Mbps. Have you done any troubleshooting such as rebooting the equipment yet? What kind of connection are you seeing the slower speeds on, a wired or wireless connection?
