Mobile outgoing caller ID gives someone else's name instead "Wireless Caller"

One of my mobile phones ported from Tracfone gives an outgoing caller ID of someone else's name instead of the standard Spectrum Mobile caller ID of "Wireless Caller." The wrong name popping up for caller ID causes a great inconvenience for some of the people that we call. I know you cannot get my last name to show for the caller ID, but can you at least get it to say "Wireless Caller"? How can we fix this? I deeply appreciate your consideration.
