Error Code ALP-999 on Spectrum TV app

Ive read other comments and feedback over this error code, however the suggestions have not worked. I’ve restarted wifi, changed from 5-G to 2-G, and restarted my Apple TV. All other apps work and internet is fine. The Spectrum TV app is not working on Apple TV or my iPhone. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am very sorry you are experiencing an issue with our Streaming Services. Have you attempted to uninstall the App and reinstall the App yet? When you reset your WiFi did you also reset the modem? This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes.
