Wifi not connecting to devices

I have recently started up my internet service. The spectrum app says my account is active and service is connected. However none of my devices will connect to the wifi or even show an available network.

Hi @eliaspaul, welcome to our community!
I was able to locate your account and it looks like you are using your own modem/router, so we would have no control over the WiFi. You should be able to log into your router using a device connected with an ethernet cable or to the default WiFi network to configure it. I recommend consulting the manual or contacting the manufacturer for further assistance. If you would like to use Spectrum equipment which we can provide assistance with please call 1-855-707-7328.
