This app constantly has to buffer or it will stop every few minutes. Tried everything, thinking of canceling it is so bad.

Thank you for reaching out to in about our My Spectrum TV app. I am sorry you are noticing this concern. I believe I was able to locate your account with your registration information. I will need to ask a few questions to determine the best course of action. Are you noticing this on all devices or just one? Is this happening when connected to your home internet or while you are outside of your home? -Lyn
