How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

Why am I receiving unsolicited generalized (non-customer) mail?

For the second time I have received 12 pieces of mail, all on the same day, from Spectrum addressed to Current Resident with my home address on it. I am a current Spectrum customer so I don't understand why I'm receiving it. It also lists unit numbers with my address. I live in a home, it's not segmented units or an apartment complex so I suppose you may have incorrect information in your records.
I let the first time go but getting it a second time means this might happen more. It's annoying and wasteful. I did not see anywhere on the website where I could connect with Spectrum to let them know of this problem (besides calling, no thank you). I hope I can be removed from whatever generalized mail list.

Good afternoon and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
I apologize for the frustration.
We have an easy online form where you can have your address removed from marketing efforts. For the name put "Current Resident" and I believe it should knock out all of them regardless of unit number Keep in mind, mailing (snail mail) marketing campaigns start long before they hit mailboxes so it could be up to six weeks from them to clear out. However, when you hit submit on that form it will prevent the address from being included in future campaigns that aren't already underway.
