Spectrum TV App will not open on Samsung TV

My Spectrum TV App will not load on either my Samsung or Roku tv starting 2/1/23 since an app update. Nothing I can do will work. The STVA app on my phone won’t load either. I have deleted and reinstalled all the apps on the TV’s and phone. Nothing works.
The Roku TV at least brings up a sign in but after repeating typing my login I get this:
Roku gives Reference Code: RLI-9000
Samsung never gets to a login screen and says try restarting the app. STCF-1101
Please advise.

Hi & welcome!
The TV app authenticates through the modem, so restarting the modem is a goos starting point. If the issue continues, please let us know what other troubleshooting you've tried.
