Why does my app not show video.

Every so often my Spectrum App (version 2.55) stops showing video, audio is fine. I can reset it and it comes back. Its a model A1842 TVos 16.3.1. However this also happens on my android device.

Hello and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with the app on your TV and Android device. Have you tried to update the firmware on the TV/Android device? If yes, I would suggest uninstalling the Spectrum TV app, rebooting the modem/router and then reinstalling our app.
If the issue continues, please let me know.
