Sorry for any issues, what troubleshooting have you tried?
Rebooted router and reinstalled Spectrum TV and My Spectrum apps (My Spectrum app will not allow sign in). IOS system updates current through today. Spectrum TV app says channels are temporarily unavailable.
Thanks. Are you connecting on your home network? Have you tried changing the password to reset the authentication to your account?
I’m connecting to my home network. Unfortunately, I cannot change my password because the My Spectrum app will not load, displaying only the equivalent of an hourglass ad infinitum, and the Spectrum TV app has no link that I can find to change my password. Thank you for your time and suggestions. I think I’ll just wait it out and see what happens.
