Hello, my screen for my s21 galaxy went completely yellow & orange yesterday after taking a picture. I cant unlock the phone cause i have it locked with a pincode and biometrics. It was able to use samsung dex for a brief moment but now I cannot even do that. All my info and pics are on that phone. Is there a way to get into it or send forward the SMS to my pc or a phone that has WIFI capability? I thought i had purchased the insurance but I was told i did not I cant even log into my bank because its sending text messages to a my phone that I can't see. I rely on this phone everyday to alert my kids and husband if I have a seizure with my watch.

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

I am not aware of any ability to forward your texts to another device. If your phone is under a year old you should be able to go through Samsung for the manufacturer warranty. If it is outside of that and you do not have the insurance you would need to get a new phone and have us transfer the service to the new phone.

Dunno the Samsung Galaxy system at all, but if it were an iPhone you would have a backup in the Cloud so you could assert your phone's contents to a new device if yours failed or was destroyed.

Does the Galaxy not have a backup capability?
