Missing Wifi Certificate on Samsung

My wife and I are new to spectrum mobile. We have a samsung s20 ultra and s22 ultra. The service is fine, but we do not have wifi certificates installed on our phones. I am not sure if the sim card was supposed to do that automatically or not. Is there a place to manually install them? We are not getting connected to free hotspots. Thanks!
