Placement of closed captioning

I would like to move the closed captioning from the bottom of the t.v. to the top. Is there a way to do this, and if so, how? Thanks

    Thanks for looking in to it anyway. Sometimes there are things like banners scrolling at the bottom which make reading the captions very difficult, if not impossible. I thought i remembered seeing an option to move the captions, but I guess I was recalling how my Dish receiver worked instead.
