Guide not working... continually giving me error (STBA-3101). I have restarted and refreshed my equipment MULTIPLE TIMES. PLEASE HELP

You need to power off and unplug your reciever from the outlet, or turn off your your surge protector for at least five minutes Than plug it back in and allow it to boot up at that time. If that does not work, reset your guide through your "My Account Settings." If that does not work, Call Spectrum.
The five minute minimum may be needed to clear out all the memory.
