How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?
Spectrum TV App Supported Devices
My Spectrum App will not open for me. It just loads for minutes & wont do anything.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled, reset my phone & permantly deleted the app off the app store. Nothing works. The app wont let me log out so thats not an option.

Welcome to the forum! For our references, what version of the Spectrum app are you running, and what is the make and model of your phone please?
When did this issue start? If you can, could you also provide some screenshots? Thanks!

I am sorry to hear of the app issue you are experiencing. I was able to locate an account with the login credentials you used and it looks like this is a business account without an authorized user on the account. If that is truly the case, please give us a call at 1-855-762-1243 and our Business team will be able to work this through with you and reset the login if necessary.
If for some reason I have the wrong account and this is your residential service let me know and I will private message you for account info to check things out.
