Why isn't TCM (50) part of the Select Lineup? I was told this and now find it would cost $12/mo.

    Hello @j123456,

    Welcome to our Community!

Spectrum has to pay the owners for the stations they transmit to their subscribers. Sports channels are most expensive, Public affairs programs and things like the Home Shopping channels are some of the least expensive. The Movie Channels are not as expensive as Sports. But because Turner Classic Movies (TCM) is a Commercial Free Network, costing a couple more dollars per month, it has been moved to generally what one would call the Middle Tier called "Entertainment View." (Spectrum legacy subscribers, you would need a minimum of Spectrum Silver to get TCM.)

Combining Spectrum Select, with Entertainment View is a great value. You will have around 200 channels. TCM shows films from the early years of movies that you can't see anywhere else. I would recommend the upgrade to Entertainment View.
