My Spectrum internet gets disconnected frequently

After the new upgrade was installed the internet seem to be reliable. Here lately the interned stops working. This happen on Saturday morning (3/25/2023) and again this morning (3/27/2023).
Each time I have to Power off the Modem and WiFi router. Not sure what's going on but this is happening more frequently.
