If i try to push buttons with the numbers to change the channel on my spectrum TV app it does nothing

Good evening @David532 and Welcome to our Community Forums.
Thank you for reaching out to us. At this time, you can not change the channels on our App by using numbers on the remote keypad. I will definitely forward your suggestion for improvements over for consideration.
