How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

Can’t get past Get Started prompt

Every time I go to open and sign in to my app there is a “Get Started” prompt that redirects me to https://id.spectrum.net/login?client_id=msa&nonce=apWeTelYBxD7YXECjsWOjZzdZpD1udqJut1zelvhqSE&state=o8nrRIrhfKf41NsBEfEkRI5G4Y8tDpWG0z2kx6Wilqc&response_type=code&code_challenge=d45uQzWulsylXb1HocOzPDU-DaZkBrq6wW095Z91fYw&code_challenge_method=S256&dark=true&remember=false&exVisitID=20230329101618P-f00311f0-c301-48e6-b4ab-7d84957c37d6. However, it never loads the page and therefore I cannot finish the prompt or login. I don’t know that I should do at this point because I can log in just fine online but the app just keeps glitching.

Also I have uninstalled it many times and the result is the same.

Sorry for any issues with the app. What device are you using to access the app?
I’m using an iphone 14
Were you able to access your account previously on this device?
Can you try restarting the modem associated with the account to refresh your authentication entitilements?
It is a new phone. How would I restart the modem? Also idk if it’s connected but earlier i was disconnected from my internet 5G. When I went to reconnect it said it was unable to do so. However I can still connect to the standard version.
You can restart the modem by unlplugging it, waiting 2 minutes and plugging it back in. Also, check the phone to make sure that autofill is not enabled. You may need to also change your password on a different device, then try logging into the app on iPhone14 again. Changing the password will also refresh the authentication entitilements and usually resolves most issues.
Ok but I can’t even make it to the login part. It just glitches at the “Get Started” button after trying to redirect out of the app.
Can you provide a screen shot, including any errors received?
That’s all i get after clicking “Get Started”
Restarting the modem fixed my 5G
