Why can I no longer schedule a DVR recording from app on my phone?
Deleted and reinstalled app. Now it’s working the way it used to. Thanks.

In all cases, newly installed boxes require at least a 48-72 hour time after install for remote DVR functionality to be available. However, the new Spectrum Guide, Spectrum's newest guide software, does not yet offer Remote DVR Management on the app at this time.
I used to be able to do it. I frequently set up DVR recordings from my spectrum app on phone. Now there is no recording button. It’s gone. It’s not a new unit. Had box with DVR for years.

If this is not a new box or a new phone and you used to be able to set recordings from the app, and no changes in service, that would be something that Spectrum would need to investigate. Can you provide the following information:
1.) When did this issue start?
2.) What is the make and model of your phone?
3.) Have you tried uninstalling and than reinstalling the Spectrum app on your phone?
4.) Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your phone? Please make sure to edit out any sensitive account information. Thanks!
