Is there an issue with bill pay?

I am trying to pay my past due balance and have tried using both the app on my phone as well as on the computer using a browser. I can pay my phone bill without a problem if I wanted to, but I keep getting "Bill Pay Unavailable: We're sorry, something on our end didn't work quite right. Please try again later".

Why is this only happening when I try to pay my internet bill?

    Hi @Areid98, welcome to our community!

    I'm not aware of any issues with bill pay. If you go to the billing tab does it show your current address correctly? Can you try rebooting your modem and router? If the issue persists could you tell us what you are doing right before you get the error message?
