If I take my ET2151 to a Spectrum Service Center will they replace it with an ES2151 to resolve the Caller ID issues I have been having?

Went to Spectrum store. They switched out the ETT 2151 for an ETS 2151 per my request. Once activated, that corrected the problem I was experiencing with caller ID.
