Name corrupted in 'People' section

I recently added my wife to the 'People' section under user settings. Then I gave her the Primary Role.
After making these changes, my last name was changed on the 'People' userid. My first name and initial was copied into the last name field. This must be a bug in the web page. However, I try to correct my last name, and click Save...page tells me the update was successful, but when I return, the name is still corrupted.
This is not a corruption to the owner id and name, just in the 'People' section. Any ideas how to correct this? I spoke with a Spectrum rep and she said she saw nothing wrong...so that was no help.

Hi & welcome!
Are you referring to email or are you managing users on Spectrum.net? Please try clearing the cache and history as well as resetting the modem on the account since authentication is controlled through the modem. If it has been more than 48 hours since making the update, please reply with the device and browser you are using so we can investigate further. If you can also provide a screen shot (with personal information redacted), that would also be helpful.
