Hi @Hip08 & Welcome!
The Spectrum TV app is currently only available for IOS, Apple TV, Android, Kindle Fire, Roku, Samsung Smart TVs, and Xbox One. I have not heard anything about the app coming to Google TV but we will be happy to forward feedback about that.
TV Channel apps from the individual networks might be available on your TV which you can sign in to using your Spectrum username and password, if the channel is included in your package.
