App stopped working just sit and spins after face verification

See screenshots below, this is all it does after face verification. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating my phone's OS and then uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still nothing. Any ideas?

    The app authenticates using the modem on the account. Please try restarting the modem and attempt to log in again. Let us know if the issue continues.
