Spectrum App on Apple TV

For months I had nothing but issues w/the Spectrum App on my Apple TV & Roku which I reported numerous times. Finally it was resolved & for the last month or 2 it had been working fine. Now for the last week it is back w/all the same issues: audio sync is way off & app crashes. I've reset my modem, app, apple tv. etc & nothing has helped.

Hi @AppProblems, sorry to hear you are having trouble again.
It looks like your Apple TV is on tvOS16.2 which is slightly out of date. Will you please try updating and test again?

I updated it after I saw your message and it got slightly better for a bit but now for the last two weeks, I'm right back to where I started. Having all the same issues... actually worse in the last few days. This has been going on for well over six months now
