How to get on to My Spectrum App?

I tried login on to My Spectrum App, but when I trying it keeps buffering and never takes me to the homepage. I’ve deleted the app signed out of it and restarted my phone. Nothing seems to help. I’m trying to set up my devices for internet and need the app.

I would do the following:
Reboot your modem first and than your router.
Uninstall, and than reinstall the Spectrum app.
