Does Spectrum Maintain the Community Calendar Anymore?

I've sent announcements about a community event to both emails shown on the CC channel, but they are never posted. This happened last year, also.

Hi @deedleann824! Our news stations manage the community calendars for each area they cover, I don't have any insight on how they decide what to include.
Your contact information might be outdated, I'm not finding those email addresses listed on any of our pages. I recommend visiting the Rochester NY Contact Us page, or the Splash page to select the news station for any other area.
I am in the Capital region (Albany area) and Spectrum News is a separate service from the Community Calendar channel which is Ch 1301 here.
Currently Ch 1301 only has 2 pages running showing the aforementioned email contacts and a phone number 585-756-1657. Only running two pages made me think that it is not being monitored any longer.
Perhaps "public access" channel would be a better descriptor.
P.E.G. channels 1301, 1302, & 1303 in Albany and Schenectady are Open Stage Media's bag:

I've no idea why they'd be referring the community to Spectrum on channel 1301 because i don't believe the cable TV provider is supposed to have anything to do with production.
