A couple follow up questions;
When was the last time you were able to access the roadrunner email?
Was the email set up on your current account, or with a previous address or previous account?

Thanks. Email is a complimentary service that is offered with an active Internet subscription. When the account is closed, email may be available for up to 60 days in order to transfer or notify contacts. After that, the email may be purged at any time, making it no longer available. I am not seeing a roadrunner email associated with your current account.
Roadrunner emails are only supported as part of legacy accounts. Once the account is closed and the access to the email is lost, we have no way to retrieve the email since our tools no longer support Roadrunner email.
