Is logged in Spectrum's web site & app having issues right now?

Hello,

My logged in https://www.spectrum.net/account-summary , https://www.spectrum.net/services , https://www.spectrum.net/billing , etc. seems to be stuck with its blue spinning circular wait/load animation. This was in both of my Edge v113 and Firefox v113 web browsers in my updated, 64-bit W10 Pro. PC. :(

Same for iPhone's iOS app, but at least it says "Info Unavailable -- We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. To try again, please pull to refresh." Pulling down shows me a spinning wait/load as well. I'm trying to view my new monthly bill.

    Hi Ant,

    There are currently no known issues, but the links you provided bring up a "Page Not Found" error. Sounds like you are trying to use an outdated bookmark, possibly. For web browsers, try https://www.spectrum.net/ and for iOS try using the My Spectrum App for the best performance, as opposed to using a browser on the mobile device.

    Ah, my links got hyperlinked with commas hence the HTTP 404 not found errors. I fixed my post to add spaces before the commas. Anyways, I retried revisiting the web site and still see the same web site issue. :(

    However, I just saw the top red banner showing "An outage is affecting Spectrum websites. We're doing everything we can to fix the problem as soon as possible." :)
