How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

2.5 and 5g issues

So I seem to not be able to watch videos on either 2.5 or 5g with my phone whenever i try to open HBO Max or Prime video while connected to either one of my connections it just loads and loads until it comes up and says I'm not connected to the internet but sometimes if I start a video then turn on wifi it'll play just fine until the next episode then it says it can't connect and I have no issues with YouTube my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE anyone have any idea what would cause this issue

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the concerns you are noticing while using your mobile phone with your WiFi connection. I am sorry this is happening. I am not sure what troubleshooting you have already completed but I do have a few suggestions.
- Can you make sure your phone is up to date on all recommended updates?
- Are you able to uninstall the Apps. Reset the phone. Then reinstall the App?
I also recommend trying those Apps on another device to see if you notice the same concerns. Please let us know if you need further assistance. - Lyn
