Apparently there is no longer a planned outage, but my internet is still down. The top light is blue. The bottom is blinking blue and white. Isn't this an outside issue?
I was able to locate your account based on your registration information. I am not seeing any current wide spread issues impacting your area, however I am seeing that your modem remains offline.
Please check all the connections and ensure that they are thumb tight, as well please try restarting the modem. If the modem remains offline, then the next step would be to schedule a technician to inspect the physical connections.
