My Spectrum App Error IDID-3210

I am getting the error IDID-3210 when I try to use the My Spectrum App but I can use the same login information in my PC at

    Hi @Archie Welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    Any recent changes to the account? If so, this could take up to 24 hours for the app to sync with any updates.

    A couple of things to try:

    1.) Disable any ad-blocking software for Spectrum sites.

    2.) Clear all Spectrum, cookies from your web-browsers or device.

    3.) Restart your PC or device.

    4.) As a workaround, try to log in through Private or Incognito mode.

    5.) Try uninstalling and than reinstalling the Spectrum app on the problematic devices.

    6.) If you still can't log in, call Spectrum, and let them know that you did the above steps, and see what they say,
