How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?
Spectrum TV App Supported Devices
Roku TV Spectrum App & Caller ID with Name & Caller ID with Name Log Display?

I subscribe to Spectrum's TV, Internet, and Phone with Caller ID and Name bundle. Can I set it up so as to have this info display on my Roku TV when logged into and using the Roku TV Spectrum App when somebody calls? Also, can I view the Caller ID log on my Roku TV through the Roku TV Spectrum TV app? Lastly, is there a way to use the app to send callers directly to voicemail or get a busy signal, whitelist selected calls as safe callers, and blacklist telemarketing or fraud/phishing/scam callers as unsafe so they don't even ring-thru and pop-up during your TV/movie watching (but will still be listed in your Caller ID log with a note that the call was auto-denied due to being previously customer/user blacklisted)?

Hello @jpblier1!
Welcome to the Spectrum Community!
I am fairly sure that to get Caller ID on TV that subscribing to Spectrum Voice service and Spectrum Cable TV, with an authorized Spectrum box or DVR is required. I don't use the Spectrum App so not sure there. Spectrum Call Guard, on by default can be accessed through "My account" settings. That technology needs to ring the phone one time and it will display the call, as this is needed for screening for Spam calls on the current Call Guard system.
Call Guard works by blocking callers from leaving messages so that they can't bother you. There are Spectrum Voice Services. that can be accessed through your account or through your landline phone.. Scroll down at this link to see all calling features provided:
