How do I return the old equipment

    Hello @topaz1228 Welcome to the Community!

    You can return it to a Spectrum Store, or if that is inconvenyant, you can call Spectrum and they can come pick up the equipment for a fee. In both cases, make sure you get a receipt and keep it for your records.
