I know cat 6 is good for up to 314 feet. from my swith to my last device is just under 100 feet , from my switch to my router 80 feet, from my router to my modem 80 feet again so total about 260 . is the lenth just from the swicth to the device and from the router to the device or the whole run combined ? thanks

    Hey there @MrMike2. 100 Meters (~328 ft,) is the maximum distance between any two powered devices when using cat 6/6a ethernet cables, so you should be able to have 100 meters from the modem to the router, and another 100 from the router to the switch, etc.
