Can you get COZI tv channel fixed via the spectrum app? It always keeps buffering

I like to watch the COZI channel 467, and it buffers all the time. It is so bad you can't even watch the station via the TV app for SMART TV. This has been going on for months. Other channels are ok.

Hi & welcome!
Buffering is typically a connectivity issue. Please try restarting the modem and also try restarting the Smart TV. You made need to also delete and reinstall the app to ensure the most recent version is being used and reconnect the network connection to the TV.
If the issue continues, please reply back with the model Smart TV you are using and any other troubleshooting you may have tried.
