Incorrect information for return equipment.
I received a letter requesting return of outdated equipment (after receiving and installing new updated equipment). The information in the letter regarding Manufacturer Name, Model Number, and Serial Number does not match the equipment I have replaced. Do I just go ahead and return the equipment even though the numbers don't match? I'm concerned that I might be charged for equipment not returned that I never had to begin with.. HELP please!

Thank you for reaching out to us about returning the old equipment. We do recommend returning the equipment that is no longer being used. Once the equipment has been returned we can request an investigation if the equipment does not match our records. We have several ways to return the equipment to us.
