Secure Wifi Profile Setup for Android

Has there been any update on when the secure wifi profile will be added back into the My Spectrum App for Android? Or is there a link outside the app to setup and download the secure profile anymore, so we can use the wifi access point coverage?

    Hi @klcovington1971, welcome to our community.

    Unfortunately there are no updates available regarding the WiFi profile for android, nor alternate ways to install the profile. Once the issue is resolved there will most likely be an app update before the option reappears in the My Spectrum app.

    thanks, I've been watching the latest app versions, but it hasn't shown back up.
