Why are so many new devices connecting to my internet?
I turned my WPS off last night and I feel like it was a big mistake, so I turned it back on, but a lot of new devices are connecting to my Wi-Fi and it won't stop. should I change my pw?

Welcome to the forum!
WPS should never be left on, it introduces huge security risks, see this article https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/alerts/2012/01/06/wi-fi-protected-setup-wps-vulnerable-brute-force-attack#:~:text=Impact,traffic%20and%20mount%20further%20attacks.
What are the modem and router models? I use a Spectrum RAC2V1K Router and WPS was disabled by default. The few times I needed WPS to connect a uncooperative device, it was immediately turned off when it connected.
If it was me, I'd do a factory reset on the the router which, when completed , will default to the SSID and Password on its label (take a photo of them before the reset). The reset should kick out the unknown devices and then you can change the default SSID & password to whatever you want.
