Mail is not down loading

I use Outlook and Windows 11

All was working fine until a week 0r so a go...now new emails are not being transferred/downloaded into to my Outlook . I have to click on "Update all folders" or "Send/Receive all" or start to delete old unwanted emails..... sometime none of those will cause the mailbox to get updated . I can't figure out why the mailbox is not updated automatically like it always used to.

Suggestions are very welcome

    Everything looked OK (Port settings) same as you supplied

    Servernames = MAIL.TWC.COM

    I changed the outgoinf settings from "Use the same as Incoming" to :use User user name and password"

    ....not sure what that will do
