Big Billing Issue

I keep having Spectrum Mobile billing issues, I called and was basically told that an old account I ported to T-Mobile back in 2019 is now being billed to my new Spectrum Mobile account in 2023, do I need to go to a Spectrum store to have this resolved, as I am not getting anywhere over the phone or is there an escalation department I can speak with?

We are limited in the scope of support we can provide for mobile on this community. You visit a store or you can call 1-833-224-6603 to speak with a mobile representative who can review your bill in more detail than we can here in the community.
